Support is available for all school staff.  Students and parents should contact their school directly for assistance.  Premium support packages can be purchased in order to provide students and parents support as well.

Response times vary, but we prioritize paid support requests. Most tickets receive a response within 24 hours, though it may take longer on weekends or during high-volume periods.  Premium support packages are available for dedicated immediate support.
